Spacious Elegant 2-BR Apartment in Aberdeen City Centre

Lots of space, bright and welcoming.

The key box location is hard to get to, buried behind some bushes. And the temperature gauges from some of the radiators are missing so couldn't control the heat in some rooms.

Place was superb very clean location is brilliant really enjoyed our stay would definitely use again and highly recommend

The location, for the city centre, the beach, and Pittodrie. Clean and comfortable.

Parking

The owner must have a different edition of the OE dictionary from me. A more appropriate descriptive would be “ADEQUATE”. Definitely NOT “ELEGANT”. Specific points: - • No toilet paper. No phone contact possible. Texted owner – he delivered toilet rolls a few hours later. • Towels: Whilst not expecting top-of-the-range quality I suspect many pet animals are dried using better quality towels than those provided • Shower: 5 empty /half empty bottles neatly aligned on shower floor. Maybe left be previous occupants! • Ironing: Iron base plate and ironing board cover are dirty. I was unwilling to risk ironing my clean, smart shirt • Kitchen: Very basic utensils/crockery/cutlery. Fortunately, I had no need to prepare any meals. • Even at half the price it would be POOR value • I would NEVER stay there again

Dry clean and very comfortable beds. Good location, close to beach.

Kitchen equipment needs some updates. Needed more large bowls, pots and sharp knives.

Bardzo brudna kuchnia. Wszystko wymagało posprzątania. Brak płynu do mycia naczyń i papieru toaletowego w łazience. Brak zestawu ręczników odpowiedniego dla ilości osób, ręczniki dostępne wyglądały na używane. Nieprzyjemny zapach w całym mieszkaniu.

Lots of room. Near the city centre.

There was no towels in the rooms. Also the plugs on one side of the kitchen didn't work. The freezer had thawed and water had collected in the freezer. I couldn't use it. The cleaning staff arrived 30 mins before or check out time ringing the phone to get us to let them in and for us to leave. Which wasn't a great experience. They weren't rude but i thought it was unnecessary as we had another half hour left before departure time.

This is an modern, spacious, comfortable, clean apartment on the groundfloor. Located close to the city center, the private parking space in front of the apartment was a big plus for us. From the apartment to Mercat Cross / Union Street = 1 km. From apartment to Morrisons supermarket = 500m. So we could do everything on foot in Aberdeen. The owner is a friendly person and communicates clearly, responding quickly any questions.

There was a problem with the toilet flush, and it seemed difficult to find a plumber to come quickly. But that was only a minor problem for us, and by now it is certainly fixed.
