The images provided fail to disclose the excessive number of steep stairs that must be climbed daily–especially at night–as every bedroom is on a different level, and none are on the same floor as the bathroom. NOT ideal for anyone with small children, elderly or knee problems. The overall condition of the apartment further undermines its advertised quality. Carpets are filthy, master bedroom window handle is completely broken so you can’t close the window or drown out the street noise, tiles detaching from the wall, damaged ceiling, etc. The bedding is visibly worn, with noticeable tears on pillowcases, etc. We had to insist on new kitchen utensils as all handles were broken and you couldn’t even cut toast or use a fork. Fire extinguisher hasn’t been serviced in a good while and is showing completely depressurised, so it’s useless in an emergency. Good luck getting your security deposit back, owners will look for ANY excuse to hold your deposit. We’ve gotten used to taking photos of everything faulty as we’ve always had concerns about a case like this. The item they “claimed” we damaged, was a bed spread which we didn’t even use, as we removed them the minute we walked in as they’re unhygienic and clearly haven’t been washed in a long time.

I like nothing about the apartment. It’s so dirty and no conducive and not habitable.

It’s dirty, no proper heating, lots of stairs to climb. My wife fell off the stairs.
