location was great

Parking was additional 80/day. it would have been nice if that was disclosed prior to me, paying for the stay. when you factor that in, it doesn't seem as much of a value compared to other options..

Everything except a couple holes in walls, table tops are water warped and mostly cosmetic issues. Everything else was amazing and exactly as stated.

The cosmetic issues. The balcony was dirty and had leftover cigarettes and things like that. The tables are water warped and the beds do not support your body while you sleep. There were some holes in the walls and other cosmetic issues when we arrived, that can be easily fixed.

I did not like anything. It supposed to be nice clean perfect location instead of it was dirty with disgusting smell outside from trash and inside dirty floor moldy bathrooms and air vents , falling apart bed , wrongly installed door handle and extremely noisy location a balcony with sharp edge

There was nothing like on the pictures. I have pictures to proof it and everything was horrible holes in the wall molded vents dirty floors chipping paint old curtain showers with rust on bars mold on tiles

The location was wonderful

The furniture was unacceptable- very old couches , bar stools instead of chairs by the dining room table (which were replaced after we complained ), absence of any chairs by the desk that was advertised as “work area”, broken furniture on the balcony (an outdoor chair was brought after we complained ), very old pots and pans with broken handles.

The location was close to the beach and was close to the nightlife and pizza places.

Far too away from Miami by public transportation. It would take about 2-3hrs to get there. If you don't have a car.

Location Location Location ! Great communication the room was clean and location.

The couch needs to be replaced
