"Very disappointed. We decided to spend our 35th wedding anniversary at Embassy Suites. Turned out to be a bad decision."

Breakfast although it was cold in the breakfast area.

Rooms. When we got into our 1st room it smelled like urine. We moved to another room and the heat wasn’t working. After hours of waiting and freezing the man finally got it to work better but we were told that the heat in the entire hotel was not working well. And it wasn’t!! I slept in all my clothes and as many other clothes that I could get on to keep warm. We stayed because we had saved money for this time and couldn’t afford to go anywhere else.
