Our problems began when we pulled out the sofa bed at 10pm. The mattress had brown stains in multiple places and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for it to be found in the room. It took 2 hours, 3 phone calls, and 3 trips to the front desk to finally be handed an open bag of bedding, who knows if it was actually clean. We finally get settled in, then at 4am I step out of bed into standing water… Our room had flooded from an apparent pipe leak. Some of our clothing got soaking wet. I went to the desk and they did not seem very concerned or apologetic. Just told me they would move our room. We had to wake up our children at 4:30am and move all of our stuff up 6 floors. The room they moved us to had 2 full beds while we had paid for a king bed. We were told we were moved to the “premium floor”, this room was NO different than our first room other than the downgrade on beds so I’m not sure what they consider premium about it. The air conditioning in our new room never cooled the room below 73 degrees no matter how low we set it. We were also told that “someone would come check on this” but we knew that wouldn’t be happening and gave up and were hot and sweaty the entire rest of our stay. We couldn’t wait to check out at this point. We finally left and happened to check our bank statement and there is a $508 pending charge from the hotel on top of the $32 for 2 days of parking and the $100 incident hold. We paid $478.37 for this hotel room on Booking.com 2 weeks before our stay so why would there be a $508 charge to our card directly from the hotel? Of course it took 2 hours to get anyone from the front desk to answer the phone and we were then told that they have no record of this $508 charge and it should fall off and not go through. This is not a small amount of money! We were VERY unhappy with this stay.

Outdated. A lot of bandaids on things that need to be replaced. No access to pool which is why we stayed for our kids

Good location and staff was very friendly.

The rooms were outdated - yellow and burgundy and looked old. The couch was very used with smushed wrinkled cushions. For the price and premium room I expected nicer.

The bar staff was great. Very fun. Very knowledgeable. The female that closed the bar on February 6th Friday. So much fun. She was so much fun we stayed longer and bought more drinks.

Not enough staff at the counters. Always had to wait if we needed to talk to them. Very slow.
