Lovely apartment top views, heated pool, great location

Nos ha encantado, un lugar tranquilo, el alojamiento está decorado súper bonito y muy modernizado con luces led en todo el piso, tienen juegos de mesas como el domino y la torre de madera con los cuales nos hemos entretenido un montón en el balcón que tiene espacio para sentarnos en la mesa todos a jugar, la piscina es bastante grande y también le damos 10/10, el propietario muy amable, y ha estado atento en todo momento!

No hay nada que no nos guste pero le añadiría una cortina la cual no traspase la luz del día por las mañanas, para los dormilones!

I like the location. Too small for a family of 4 people. Bed was not good leading to back pain. Sofa was converted to bed was the worst with a big gutter in the middle. Not at all impressed. I like the host- he was brilliant. Very helpful, tried to keep all things in the accommodation to be best possible. I think it is poor value for the money I paid. Once we unpacked, there was no space to keep our luggage, and kitchen is nominal- very tricky to manage with a limited space!

The complex is beautiful, with a lot of green, pools, very clean.

The property is smaller than it looks in the photo, amd does not have improvements at all. The drainig from both bathroom and kitchen smells very bad, the balcony door has a nail that blocks the door from being open, the dishes are greasy. We did not received any card to be able to open the gate from the complex enterance, the owner said there is a white card inside, but we did not find it. The address on booking is not the correct one, we arrived at almost 1 am and we were not able to find the location, and the owner did not answer his phone. Gave us 2 phone numers, one was not ringing(was closed) and the other one said does not exist. We wondered on the streets for 1 h 30 min to find the locations matching the photos on booking with the buildings we were seeing, all of this with luggage and a 6 years old child. The location is at 15 minutes walking distance from the address on booking. When we got there, the complex gate was closed and locked, noone was there to open it, and the key locker for the appartment was inside the complex near the enterance door of the appartment, and the owner did not tell us this, just that the key is in the golden locker, but he did not tell where the locker was, we had to search and find out by ourselves. We had to jump over the fence to be able to open the gate from the inside, and then find the appartment and the key. On the second day after insisting a lot the owner sent us an invitation to install a phone app to open the gate. The experience wes horrible, amd the owner only said he was sorry amd that his phone died and that’s why he did not answer the phone that night between 1 am and 2:30 am. He knew the hour of our arrival, we were not late, we arrived at the hour we told him. I saw in other comments here that other people had the same issue with the locatiom, but he dis not bother to modify it or to tell us which is the correct address, and clear instructions on how to get in.

We loved the location and view. Lovely view of pool, garden, marina and sea. Pool area was lovely and plenty of sunbeds. We found the host readily available, helpful and he made accessing the property very clear.

We found this apartment in a clean, tidy condition. Think it may feel slightly crowded if 4 were staying but for us as a couple it was perfect.

The owners could not be more helpful, they are fantastic.

There was a nice pool.

The place was not clean and lots of things were not working properly or broken. The bidet was broken and loose, the cupboard door was not attached properly and there were ants and little cockroaches in the bathroom. The location was calm but you had to download an app to open the main gate and it was confusing where the room was.

Bathroom very good but no towels. Minimal toilet roll. Felt a little bit claustrophobic because of the pillars. Tv was great. Pool very good.

Very quirky apartment - LED lights made it unique. My daughter enjoyed finding out what each remote did 🤣 Decor different and interesting. The host was very responsive and informative via WhatsApp. The pool / bar and taverna area was lovely and reasonably priced .

A bit small for 4 people really - would be perfect for 2. Downloading the app to open the gates was a bit confusing - however once set up was fine. The actual hotel reception is closed down - this is a private apartment - however host very helpful .
