the below mentioned issue was resolved by fab hotel phone member & he was throughout the call until they allowed checkin

What did I hate I can tell you that,I made a booking through booking.com I traveled 500kms to reach the hotel via car &at the entrance they did not allow my car to enter & the staff came outside and said my reservation was cancelled. I made a request for late check-in as I was traveling& I was told my Staff that they sent a mail about cancellation which I never received. At night 1pm they treated me so ill & I was devastated the way they treat without even hearing me out & closed the door on me. Never ever I'm coming to Booking.com
