Furnitue, linen, bedding and some fixtures were duety or broken. Stray dog roaming Had to ask for things that were expected like separate towel for each guest, included breakfast , tea either breakfast, fixing tv that did not work. The phone number given on booking did not respond to messages or call. Turns out it is not the number for the actual person on the property

My confirmed booking was rejected and I had to book other hotel in the last minute

I don’t like anything about the property : Very bad system & not value of money

The property cleanliness & hygiene is rubbish . No slippers No proper towel No cleaning The basic facilities are lacking

They cancelled ON THE DAY WE ARRIVED, claiming they did not have any free room. Offered us accommodation miles from the hospital where one of us, a stage three cancer patient, was due to have treatment. They even told us they would give us a better price that Booking.com if we paid them directly and did not to let Booking.com know. They lure people by using Booking.com's advertising, then call the guests directly and offer them a better deal.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful
