On site amenities

Paid for two kings for a night. The front desk knowingly put us in a double queen. After I complained he said he knowingly charged us for double king room but all he had was queen rooms. We were told water slides would be on for our stay. They were flowing but we were not allowed to use them, literally the only reason we stayed at the Ellie. We will never come back as we overpaid to stay to use these amenities and never even got the chance. Atleast 20 other families had the same complaint. Talked to front desk daily and they kept telling us it was supposed to be open. Complete lies.
