Good location however poor value for money, tired decor and inconsistent customer service. Car park next door.

Could not recommend. For the cost of the apartment I would have expected some coffee pods and some biscuits/ chocolates and a bottle of wine. There were No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. Very limited pots and pans. Lift broken, started working and someone got trapped in there. Apartment on floor 3 and only booked as there was a lift so a broken lift made it very difficult for my family member with mobility issues to manage the stairs. Paint splattered carpet in reception. TV screen pixelated and unwatchable. Reported on Friday when we arrived and no maintenance available until Monday- not good enough for a hospitality business where it is standard for a need for services over the weekend. They fixed the TV and then internet router out of range so remained unusable. Just told me the maintenance said there had been nothing wrong with the TV, so how did it work after they came to look at it and I note the same fault mentioned by other people! We bought food for the fridge and then realised it was not working so had to throw food away. Also had to empty every freezer shelf of water as the fridge had been switched off before we arrived. Things like this should be checked by cleaner or maintenance team as I certainly don’t think to check the fridge is switched on. Main room can get cold and both heaters do not work. Hot water for shower and bath not warm enough. Taps wrongly labelled in the kitchen so initially thought no hot water then worked it out. Initially the hosts were good at sharing information and responsive in their replies before we arrived and when I first reported TV and fridge faults, then slow to respond or only answered half my questions especially when I requested a refund. Finally agreed on offering me £30 refund and I also requested the cost of the wasted food which they agreed to. Should have been more although I was was getting nowhere with them.
