City Apartment "Hans Seat" Rostock mit Rooftop-Terrasse

Very spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, large living room, and a proper kitchen. It is located in a residential area at the edge of the old town/city center. During our stay it was pretty quiet. Appliances in the kitchen looked new and worked well. The kitchen was well equipped with cook ware, plates, cutlery etc. The check-in process was done with a phone call and done in like 5 min.

not really a dislike, more a note: There is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the third floor.

Fernsehsender waren nicht verfügbar. Kein Eierkocher. Die Hausordnung sollte ausgedruckt sein, schlüssige Angaben zur Bedienung von Fernseher und Herd. Mülltrennung?

Insgesamt sehr gut. Leider war die Heizung nicht entlüftet und die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht .

Siehe oben. Die versprochene Hilfe war nicht unmittelbar zugesagt, was bei Kälte und Waschbedürfnis suboptimal ist.

Das Apartment ist modern, wertig und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat eine zentrale Lage, ideal zum Erkunden von Rostock, Warnemünde und Umgebung. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Zugang per Telefon hat problemlos funktioniert. Generell war der telefonische Kontakt sehr nett und hilfreich.
