Direkt im Nebenhaus (fließende Häuserfront) Baustelle. 6.30 Uhr Arbeitsbeginn. Gerüst mit Einblick in Wohnraum. WLAN-Kennwort erst auf Nachfrage. Treppennutzung erfordert höchste Konzentration.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Bad nett saniert, heimelige Unterkunft, Vermieter bietet netten Kontakt. Gute Preis/Leistung. Praktikable Küchenausstattung. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Wie beschrieben, sehr steile Treppen. Ein Transport von Koffern in die oberen Etagen ist aufwendig. Ältere bzw. Personen mit körperliche Beeinträchtigungen dürften Probleme haben. Küchentisch für 3 Personen. Wlan-Schlüssel war zunächst nicht auffindbar.

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral und schön. Die Kommunikation mit Max war gut. Er hat uns netterweise etwas später abreisen lassen , was wir allerdings dann doch nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Badezimmer hat eine Fussbodenheizung und es war am ersten Tag der einzig wirklich warme Raum im Haus...

Es war bitterkalt die erste Nacht und es dauerte sehr, sehr lange, bis das komplett ausgekühlte Haus warm wurde. Wir hätten uns sehr gewünscht, dass die Heizung vor unserer Ankunft angestellt worden wäre! Oder man sollte das Haus vielleicht nur in den wärmeren Monaten vermieten. Die steilen Treppen haben uns ziemlich genervt da es schwierig war, Dinge hoch und runter zu tragen. Es gab sehr wenig Lampen und Licht im Haus. Lesen war somit abends fast unmöglich. Wir hätten uns ausserdem noch ein Abtropfgitter, Abwaschschwamm und/oder -bürste (auch wenn diese angeblich laut Max nicht "nachhaltig" sind??!) und ein zusätzliches Geschirrhandtuch gewünscht. Die Temperatur der Dusche schwankte stark zwischen heiß und kalt. Hausschuhe und dicke Socken sind auf Grund der kalten Steinböden im Eingangsbereich, auf dem WC und in der Küche sehr zu empfehlen.
