Stunning stay 6 minutes from NEC and Birmingham Airport

The most comfortable bed, lovely silk sheets. Apartment itself is nice and relaxed, very clean.

Would’ve preferred to have shampoo & conditioner rather than and all in one bottle of shower gel.

The washing machine was beeping when I entered the property. I opened the door to investigate and a stream of smelly water poured out of the door all over the floor. I had to use the floor rugs and towels to soak up the excess water as no mop and bucket was to hand. I opened the window in the lounge to allow fresh air into the property, the curtains collapsed on the floor, upon inspection the fittings were being held together by BLUE tack and sellotape. Luxury flat it was not. The lady with the information for the collection of the keys was difficult to contact due to her phone not taking my calls. On the morning of my departure I had no way of leaving the keys in the safe key having forgotten the number from the day before. The lady called around noon to inform me that I had not left the keys in the key safe, when explained why she seemed surprised that I could not remember the code. I was there for a very dear friend’s funeral and remembering a key code number was not my first priority of the day.

Owner was more than excellent at communicating. The place was tidy, comfortable and affordable.

Facilities and proximity to airport..very modern clean and trendy.

It wasn’t clean enough the bedding had stains, the sofa bed was wobbly my girls couldn’t sleep at all on it . I’m sure the floors weren’t vacuumed or mopped at all !

Very clean and modern apartment. Spacious and comfortable with quality bedding and linens. Superb value for money. Great communication from host. Secure parking.
