"Excellent place to stay for few days in Kuopio!"

Appartement and location is excellent! Close to sport facilities, center of Kuopio and the university hospital. Very clean and cozy apartment. Very well equipped, very friendly owner. Even the house is close to a road and train there is no noise issue. I recommend this place!

We liked absolutely everything of this apartment!!! The owner is kind, the parking is perfect, covered and spacious, the flat is brand new and clean. It has absolutely EVERYTHING you can need, and the owner is so kind that left some snacks, pies and other food into the fridge. The location was also perfect, in the city centre, nothing went wrong!

No transparency - blatant, false accusation of customer misconduct & property policy violation based on unfounded evidence (i.e. frozen balcony, smoking) - utterly absurd way of assessing customer for improper behavior (i.e. using up A WHOLE BOTTLE of laundry detergent when there basically was nothing left in the bottle when customer first checked in and customer was polite enough as to not request your property to provide refills, APPARENTLY there are other apartments within walking distance from your property in the same city that provide MULTIPLE FULL bottles of laundry detergent to customers, which by comparison clearly reflects how this property does not dare to take accountability for how its service itself is below average market standard) - ignorant of existing deficiencies to the apartment (i.e. broken/leaking shower head, dirty utensils) and not bothering to fix anything besides just inflicting false charges of accusation on the customer as if they have no way of finding out this distortion of reality. please do not use cheap drinks and snacks in your apartment to fool customers into believing your apartment offers quality service, when in reality so many hidden traps and shady practices are slowly revealing themselves for everyone to witness
