Ilona Apartment with sea view, swimming pool and garage

The apartment is in a great location, very clean, had great ceiling fans & air conditioning. The owner is very responsive to questions or requests. I was pleased to see a Nespresso style coffee machine. A great apartment for family beach holidays. I will recommend to friends.

The only negative I would say, is the distance into the main area of Torrevieja. About a 15 min walk. If you have little ones, maybe to far to walk in the sun. Really no negatives on the property itself.

Location was ideal for us as we were visiting Torrevieja to do flat water sports - right next to the sandy beach and the harbour. Ilona is a superhost- clear communication, super friendly and wanted to do everything to make our stay perfect, even lending us her paddleboard. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed.

Torrevieja might not be for everyone - but we were there for water sports and it was ideal.

Spacious well equipped apartment

Great communication prior to arrival and we were met with the keys by a lovely helpful couple. The property is so close to the beach bringing chairs, beach stuff etc was easy. There was an underground garage with access to bikes and a SUP Board which made our holiday fantastic. The property is close to food shops, chemist and restaurants. It is also only a 10 min walk to the main promenade area with a huge array of restaurants. The pool was closed for the winter but based on its location I would say it is wonderful in the summer. Inside the apartment is fully equipped for cooking, eating and washing clothes. It also has a large Smart TV and Wifi, Also the property is only 1 hour from the airport by public bus - which travels every hour for a reasonable fare (then grab a taxi to apartment if you have luggage otherwise its ok to walk)

I booked this apartment for my parents and their friend. They thought the apartment was absolutely fabulous, exceptionally clean, spacious, and fabulous views. IIona was the best hostess and kept in touch all the time to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely give this apartment 10/10. They will definitely be back to stay again.
