MYSofa bed is spoilt. None of action taken by staff. Staff just informed that they will take note and didn't arrange another apartment for the customer. I can only called this irresponsible action.
MY2 parking bays available. Parking lot is easy to find and easy to reach. Unit is spacious and clean.
It would be better for check-out time to be 12pm-1pm instead of 11am.

Cockroah chasing my son and daughter in the toilet until he and she don't want to enter the toillet. The host charge RM50 for cleaning my son saliva stain on quilt cover over bedsheet as he just got lips issue. Is the laundry not included with the total costs paid? They claimed that need special laundry treatment for saliva stain which left our holiday experience grilled. Please refer the attached photo and judge yourself while we did not lodge any complain about bad ironing board, washing machine and walking distance from parking lot to lobby hotel lift as instructed by the host.
MYWe booked for five person therefore I think towel and comforter must be given to all five people.Curtain is not appropriate as sunlight can flash directly to face.Bathroom door is transparent.Way to car park very complicated.
