It was very easy to book this room . The staff are incredible with instant responses to any questions helpful , polite, the cleanliness was exceptional, the amenities in the room from the tea to the slippers was so nice . It was a perfect 10 star experience and we will stay here again in the future .

Very clean room. Ease of checking in and out. Property centered around downtown santa barbara.

Door key pad didn't work accurately. Had try atleast 6 times for it to work. And I couldn't connect my phone to the tv?

"Need Another Stay ASAP"

The location was great and within easy walking distance of State St. as well as the other locations I wanted to explore while in town. The room was clean and modern. I wished I could stay for a couple more days.

"It was the perfect balance between a hotel & an Air BnB."

It was the perfect balance between a hotel & an Air BnB. The independence & privacy of an Air BnB with the laundry & cleaning of a hotel. Parking was included & off street - which is priceless in Santa Barbara! Also having codes for the unit doors & ice machine means no losing or forgetting key card strife! We only stayed one night but the unit was impeccably clean with Nespresso pods & quality teas in unit. An accidental find butcher be we will look to repeat! Maybe with our little dog next time as they are pet friendly!

There was only one bedside table & one each would have been better. It was a bit cramped to get round the bed when the TV was pulled out. Only 1st world problems tho!

Stanza davvero troppo rumorosa, di notte entra pure un sacco di luce nonostante la tendina. Non siamo riusciti a dormire. Stanza anche molto piccola.

"Relaxing getaway!"

When looking for weekend getaway, this was the best option for sure. The location is very pleasant and quiet. The property itself was beautiful and very clean. There were multiple chargers available to charge my vehicle as well.
