Excellent location, pictures were really accurate. Walkable to all Madrid areas. A lot of restaurants and shopping were 5-10 min walks. Clean, comfortable and good air conditioner.

Entrance was close to a fee restaurant and could get crowded at night, but not unbearable.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is a good size. It’s fully equipped for cooking, which was very convenient.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable, and the beds are just okay. The pillows were also just average. There was a persistent smell of smoke in the main bedroom, and we couldn’t identify where it was coming from.

The building seems old, and all the lights are off, no concierge service, etc…. The apartment is ok, but the property feels like an horror house

Communication with property coordinator was very poor The shower overflow and been notified first day to the owner but no action was taken No place for Luggage to keep after early checkout the office is too far for safe keeping you need a Taxi
