Facility overall was extremely well maintained and comfortable and clean.

What didn’t is that the property owner needs to mention that the facility have not elevator, because everyone was complaining about the stairs. Was very hard to manage to get out and in. Everyone has own health issues or age related. If the property owner will liquidate quite about stairs. I can bet the property will have many clients throughout every year. Just fix stairs issues.

Read older reviews from 2024, they are buried. We realised too late. Key issues that were not disclosed in the listing: - 5 floors of stairs (120–140 steps) with no lift, no assistance, and a broken wooden staircase I arrived late at night with two 23 kg bags and an injured knee and ankle. There was no staff present, no help, and no emergency contact available. This crucial information is not clearly mentioned. - The listing vaguely states “stair access,” which is completely misleading and could mean anything from 2 steps to 5 floors. This is critical information and was deliberately downplayed - Shared bathroom, which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement. I would never have booked if this had been disclosed Old, run-down building that does not match the photos or description - An additional €150 deposit was taken via an external web link, which felt unsafe and inappropriate - When I raised serious accessibility and safety concerns, the response was dismissive. A full refund was refused. I lost 4 days worth of stay. What is even more concerning is that other guests have reported similar issues, but those reviews appear to be buried or hard to find, which gives a very misleading overall impression of the property. This is not just poor service, it is withholding essential information that prevents guests from making an informed decision. It is unsafe, especially for anyone with injuries, mobility limitations, or heavy luggage. I have attached photos as evidence of the conditions and access issues. Save yourself the stress, risk, and frustration. Book elsewhere.

Worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. Avoid at all costs! I stayed 4 nights in this apartment in Lisbon and everything was a complete disaster. The apartment is NOT private, despite being advertised as such. In reality, it is shared with other strangers, with a shared bathroom and kitchen, both in terrible condition. There was dirt everywhere, a strong smell of mold, completely unhygienic conditions, and the beds were dirty, with bedding that was clearly not changed. Cleanliness is absolutely ZERO. It is impossible to feel comfortable or safe in a place like this. The area is badly reputed, noisy, and unsafe, especially at night. It has nothing to do with what is shown in the listing. To make things worse, the agency is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Despite the unacceptable conditions, they refused to refund the deposit/advance payment and completely ignored my complaints. A horrible experience, money wasted, and a lot of unnecessary stress. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT BOOK.
