CAThe host was flexible with check in and check out which was amazing. The home is absolutely stunning and quite a big space to enjoy.
USThe home was lovely and had everything you need. The setting was amazing, a calm oasis in the middle of a hectic city. Being near the market was very handy as well. The double bed was very comfortable. The roof top view was great. Laundry was extra but so convenient.
Our only complaint was the sofa beds were very uncomfortable.

Huge house but only 1 queen bed.!!! The 2 sofabeds were Sofas without any mattress and not comfortable The owners are penny pinching. They've chained the laundry unless you pay extra, and the big Bathtub in your bathroom is pay only! I've never seen this after thousands of hotel stays. The maid let us in and collected money but had absolutely no change. The lighting system was super weird. 50+ weird switches and still so dark at night i needed a flashlight to read The kitchen utensils and such were basic, worn
GBAmazing house with a lush garden just outside of the hustle and bustle of Pana! We loved the amount of space and the fact that we could shut the door and be in our own personal paradise. Mari the housekeeper is very helpful and welcoming, and we loved interacting with the lovely cats!
ESLa casa es espectacular y muy amplia. Aparte de limpia, tiene de todo para cocinar más cuando a 2 min andando tienes un supermercado. El jardín es precioso y la azotea es perfecta para ver como va cayendo el sol. Está un poco apartado del centro que por un lado te da tranquilidad pero para ir andando te toma unos 15 minutos. No fue un problema para nada ya que el pueblo y la zona son muy seguras

Sofa bed in big room was not in good shape. Can't imagine 4 people sleeping on the two sofa beds. Might change that item. Ama of the keys originally said she would charge us 50 Quetzales for use of the washing machine. But when we told her Booking.com listed it as part of the contract, she rescinded. Must be an AirBandB thing.

USThe property is set in a gated garden in a great location in town near the market. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the main street Calle Santander, and about 20 minutes away form the lake at a relaxed pace. The full kitchen is useful, and the layout allows a lot of space for the family. There is a very peaceful vibe here. The host was available via WhatsApp, and a house manager met us to give keys and answer requests.
There were some bugs flying around inside the house upon arrival, which comes with the location. We quickly dealt with them and they didn't bother us in the night or during our stay after the first hour or so. Just something to be aware of with some places around here. No big complaints here!
NOLovely place to stay. Very nice location and practical house with lots of space. Ingrid and Angelica were very helpful and made our stay easy.
