CNThe landlord is very enthusiastic and the environment is very good. The bed is very comfortable. Clean and tidy.
GBThe location , 30mins walk into the city centre was great with a few nice places to go for refreshments in between. Tesco is also only a few minutes walk away, which is always handy. The parking space was a real bonus, although a tight fit! The bedrooms where spacious and the beds comfortable. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms to put all your stuff. The heating worked well and things warmed up quickly and the water was nice and hot. (although it took a while to figure out that we needed to turn the boiler on) Grace was a great host and checked in with us incase we needed anything, which was nice.
I feel other than the bedrooms things needed a little TLC and things were feeling tired. The living space was tiny and it was difficult to get comfortable. I would suggest getting rid of the dining table as it’s just in the way and replace the sofa bed with a more comfortable sofa with arms that you can snuggle into. Maybe a rug and coffee table would give it more of a living room feel. Although the garden is a big bonus if you have a dog it really isn’t looked after and is not secure due to the broken fences. That was a real shame as it could be a real asset to this property for dog owners and for sitting out in the summer months if only someone maintained it.
GBProperty was on a main bus route into the city centre and had onsite free parking. Property was cosy and warm and kitchen was well kitted out should you want to cook. Two good local grocery stores a stones throw away. Host was incredibly responsive regarding any questions we had during our stay.

GBGrace was easy to get hold of and very flexible and helpful when we thought we might need to leave the car due to flooding on the morning of our checkout. We were staying for a conference so we’re out all day. The space was perfect for our needs.
