Everything was spotless, very clean throughout the lodge welcome basket đŸ§ș was great, Hot tub was ready upon arrival, open plan works very well Will be booking again

"Great location however some TLC bits needed!"

Great location. The hot tub was lovely and the cabin kitchen and bathroom were nicely decorated! Host very responsive when contacted via phone when we had a little emergency, however not so much via the booking app.

Needs some TLC and a bit of attention to detail - the pans provided don’t work on the induction hob, and the kettle needs a major deep clean (or just a new one). Smart TV listed on advert but host wasn’t able to swap this until two days in our stay, and then the tv didn’t work as missing an ‘EE box’ and the remote did not work so couldn’t watch smart apps anyway. Could have done so much more with the bedroom due to the high ceilings so fell a little flat.

We really enjoyed staying at Sunflower cottage. Very modern and comfortable. Lovely well equipped kitchen and great bathroom with bath and shower. Hot tub a bonus which we enjoyed most nights. Great location for us near York - short drive to ring road. (large supermarkets just off ring road and a Tesco express in Strensall for bits ).Dedicated parking spot Good communication from the host. There was a welcome basket which we appreciated. We stayed during the May heatwave and after a hot day out arrived back to find a fan waiting on the doorstep for us which was great. All in all we highly recommend one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Over all everything nice , kitchen with high ceilings stands out

TV's need updating with smart TV's and atleast 65inc for that space ,i didnt realize otherwise would of collected projector and laptop ,wear and tear of the property but doesn't effect the stay
