"I would say it was very bad for us."

Only because of the location, near to Chennai Airport.

Lot of mosquitoes inside the room and cannot sleep. During check out in the early morning, there is a guy who can’t speak and don’t understand English or the local language.

"The worst and most unsafe customer service ever!"

I really have no knowledge of the property except that the lobby appeared dingier than the photos.

The staff. I arrived to the hotel nearly at midnight. The clerk could not find my booking. He asked me to call Booking’s customer service, but was insisting I call the number listed for the hotel. I explained that I didn’t have a phone, just data. He insisted I could call. I asked for him to call from his phone. He rudely told me no. I went back out into the deserted street to see if I could borrow someone’s phone. After being intimidated by a pack of dogs on the dark street, I flagged down a motorcyclist who offered me his phone. Booking’s customer service automated line didn’t recognize the confirmation number I entered. I walked 15 minutes through a deserted, dark street in India by myself to another hotel. Really the clerk’s response should have been to give me a room and we could work it out in the morning, but he said he couldn’t.
