Bed, spring comes out, can’t sleep. Towels.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was indifferent at best. The stay was supposed to be with "excellent" breakfast. We were 3 people (added extra bed later) and we got breakfast for one person the 1st morning. That too after repeatedly asking them for it. The next two days, we didn't get any breakfast at all. There were multiple maintenance issues. The bedsheets had holes in it. Half the lights in the room were not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom not working. Two water taps in the bathroom were dripping and leaking. The toilet seat detached from the commode. The bathroom fittings have lime scales on it. The A/c didn't have any remote control and was stuck on the same temperature all the time without properly cooling the room. I wouldn't go for the same place again or recommend it to any friends.

I had a nice rest here. Only 30 min from the airport:2 stops by Metro and like 15 min walk. Everything was fine, clean nice room, aircon works fine. Quiet room, had a good sleep there. Great price to quality ratio!

Didn't like anything

No towel kept. Since there is no intercom, I had to run from 1st floor to Ground floor for complaint. Reception person went into some secret room and brought towel for me. When I had taken that for use, I understood that Towel given to me is a used one with wetness and smell. Bad smell felt in bathroom and the same is uncleaned plus sticky floor
