Ocean Drive apartment w Balcony Walk to the Beach

Absolutely amazing apartment to stay! Walkable distance to everywhere and right on Ocean drive. Beautiful walk and ypu cant be closer to the beach, Also you can see beach from balcony and not a lot of places even have a balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped and looks like has been recently remodeled. We had a great time and surely will be back Muscle beach was also great, who like to work out outdoors and it is free Really nice stay

Fantastic location right in the middle of the action on Ocean Drive, I had layover in Miami from Spain and that apartment worked perfectly for me. It's really big and it has the balcony was perfect for morning coffee!

Very cool and modern apartment in center of the action. Very spacious and we also enjoyed open kitchen concept. And balcony…omg this is the best literally, to enjoy your morning coffee with Ocean drive and beach view

Amazing apartment, looks like very recently remodeled, right on Ocean drive with plenty of dinging option and bars. Everything is walkable distance. Don't really need a car. Host is very responsive and helpful with any question we had

What is redeemable is the location on Ocean Drive, the building has an elevator, it was regularly cleaned, but in the first floor there is a discotheque that opens Monday to Monday until 5 am

We had major problems that it forced us to change accommodation on the third day. Initially we had six nights scheduled, but the noise was so loud that not only could we hear it, but it also made the bed vibrate, making it impossible to rest, it woke us up at night, either with the music or the screams. I contacted the person in charge of the department about the noise and she told me that she was going to make a claim to the municipality since the annoying noise could not occur on weekdays. But we met a neighbor who lives in the building and he tells me that the noise is from Monday to Monday because there is a law that allows it between streets 9 to 15 of Ocean Drive. Therefore, what the owner of the apartment told me seems to be false On the other hand, the air conditioning stopped working from time to time. It should be noted that we tried to reach an agreement with the owner of the apartment to be able to shorten the stay and she did not agree, insisting that she was going to complain to the municipality regarding the annoying noises, when we realized that it was not real, We prefer mental health and changing to a hotel

The location cannot be beat. Balcony is an asset and walkable to everything south beach! The apartment is updated and so comfortable and cozy!
