El Balcón lujo Salamanca en la propia Plaza mayor

Location is fantastic! Also quite well equipped.

The property was fine and perfectly located overlooking the beautiful Plaza Mayor. Our problem was with the original access. We had been provided with the address without apartment number and no information about access. The day before check in we asked a Spanish speaker to ring for us. The phone number was incorrect but able to provide a different number. We were advised that an email would be sent to us the next day with all details. We arrived in Salamanca at 6 pm but still no information. Our taxi driver helped us by phoning the number- again he was advised to ring another number and eventually a man agreed to come to the building and let us in. Without the lovely taxi driver we would have had to stay in a hotel that night. We still haven’t had any contact with the agency until the request for review came.

The internal stairway to the property had a foul smell

Lovely modern renovated apartment in spectacular location. Super clean, comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. Don't try to find the address on your own, once nearby let the host send instructions.

No complaints except slow internet from time to time.

The location is fantastic. The apartment has been remodeled and was very nice. The owner was very responsive. Note that it is right on Plaza Mayor so there is some noise but not to bad. the doors sealed very well
