USExtra spacious rooms and was clean
Bedding and mattresses really need to be updated, as they were badly stained. The drain in the shower was clogged.
USWe wanted a 1-BR unit with sofa bed so this was 1 of only 2 we could find in Austin. Room was decent size but that's about all the good things we can share.
Maintenance is very lacking. Shower curtain rod ready to fall off. Screws and plaster look like it was cheaply fixed many times. No vent fan in bathroom so gets super humid and condensation drips down walls to create puddle on floor. No pots or scrubber to wash dishes. Water dispenser in gym didn't work. Lock on exterior door broken so you can walk right in without key. No TV in bedroom. No toilet seat cover. Not enough towels in room. 2 washers and 2 dryers out of order.
USStaff was friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast spread was impressive as well.
It’s super picky but the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but on the bright side we just thought of it as a sound machine. That or we were too tired to care anymore.

Noisy neighbors on my last night. No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to use the body wash from the shower.
USThe property on the outside and inside looked great however we killed roaches throughout our stay there.
Roaches not a lot but they were there.
