Modern，Spacious 5 bedroom house in north Hamilton

The house was modern and clean in a good neighbourhood. It was spacious with a full kitchen. There were two off-street parks, a third if you had great reversing cameras (our group had 3 cars).

There was no spare linen, eg Towels, Hand towels, tea towels, dish clothes. More were needed for our 4 day stay. The lounge furniture, sofas, etc was a weird design and very uncomfortable to sit on. Also the house design was a bit of a rabbit warren. Our group was in Hamilton to attend an event for blind and low vision people. The totally blind member of our group found navigating his way around the house very difficult. There was no access to the garage for parking. and not much on street parking

I can absolutely say that this property was warm, calming and very comfortable for all that stayed. This was very family friendly as well as private with all the beautiful warm rooms throughout this property. Thank you very much, I will definitely share with others of this wonderful property.

The owner was excellent with communication. They let us check in a bit earlier than check in time. Much appreciated. The house and bedrooms are very spacious. Very comfortable and felt like home.

Everything was good. Only comment would be the kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils.

No aircon except in the lounge, fans weren't adequate for the heat in the rooms, low water pressure for showers, master suite has no black out blinds like all the other bedrooms. No, basics in the kitchen such as S&P only 1 tea towel. Hand soap in ensuite was watered down. Lights are way to bright in kitchen area etc etc bins already had rubbish in them. Definitely wouldn't be back
