L'Encanto de Luna - AFFITTACAMERE

We had a very bad experience with the host of Encanto de Luna, who quite simply CUT THE ELECTRICITY in the middle of the night—not only to our room, but to the entire building. We caught her red-handed. She felt we were using too much air conditioning. We then had a totally surreal exchange in which the owner lied several times and even threatened us with “consequences” (??), only to offer a flat apology the following morning for her behavior. In addition, there is a water heater that must be turned on 30 to 60 minutes in advance, and it did not work reliably during our stay. There was no bedside lamp in the room, which was really unpleasant. The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. There was no easy access to anything to prepare food, apart from glasses and a fridge (you have to ask for an old kettle and a plastic knife). For more context: The owner posts a note on the AC units saying they should not be used throughout the night, which we respected the first night. On the second night, my husband was still working at 2 a.m. and the AC was still running, which the host did not tolerate. We confronted her after seeing with our own eyes that she had switched off the main power breaker right after my husband had turned it back on. During the argument, she lied by saying that our room was not supposed to have air conditioning (which is false—I showed her screenshots from her own listing), and claimed we had been noisy all day (we weren’t even there).

La posizione centrale

Se si vuole la suite vista fiume purtroppo si deve fare i conti con il rumore molto forte della nettezza urbana che svuota i bidoni del vetro la mattina presto. Lo stile dei mobili è molto antiquato. Purtroppo avevo prenotato questa suite che presentava la dicitura "bagno privato": peccato che il bagno fosse privato ( cioè condiviso) per due camere dello stesso piano. Ci vorrebbe un po' più di attenzione per dettagli come: non lasciare il mocio vileda in bagno, mettere una o due abat-jour per un'atmosfera un po' più rilassante in camera

Posizione eccellente, stanze grande, disponibilità del patio per le biciclette, letto comodo

Bagno poco comodo, poca privacy, qualche disguido con l'host. In genere è una struttura vecchia , ma comunque ben tenuta.

Ottima la posizione e la possibilità di parcheggio delle bici al sicuro.

Bagno in pessimo stato con forte odore. Stanza con arredamento molto vecchio.

La struttura è molto peculiare, ogni camera diversa ma curate e con personalità. zona perfetta per un bellissimo weekend nel cuore di Comacchio

La posizione e il prezzo basso per il periodo e la posizione della struttura. Posizione centrale e vicino alla palestra dove si è tenuto lì stage di danza della Joffrey frequentato da mia figlia. Presente aria condizionata e zanzariere.

Arredamento datato, ma me lo aspettavo in quanto in linea con le foto pubblicate.

La posizione che è veramente bella

Poca pulizia nelle stanze, ragnatele e pavimento sporco.Bagno che perdeva acqua da vasca e bidet. Niente acqua calda per fare la doccia, tiepida ..ma soprattutto la gestione del problema rumori notturni:Se per lei è normale che 4 ragazze diversamente educate abbiano diritto alle 3 di notte di fare schiamazzi e io no di chiedere il suo intervento....trovo strano comunque che lei abbia sentito russare e non la musica... Altresì trovo assurdo che la parola di 4 adulti venga smentita da 4 ragazzine che facevano caos già alle 19.sono tornate alle 2 del mattino e alle 3 ancora non avevano smesso di fare caos...
