Apartment in Safi Fantastic Near the sea, Morocco

Absolutely nothing

I didn't like anything, the apartment was in a slum, outside of the city, the sheets and blankets was dirty and smelly, the was molded, wifi barely works

Mould, smelly, only one dirty wet towel, dirty fridge, no windows, strange open roof/ceiling, cold. We were told when we arrive in the evening, we have different room, because ours was even more mouldy and stuffy. We were downgraded to a room with no table and chairs. Shower you have to cross over to get to the toilet. When we said, we are not staying, we only got messages for a person who was “helping the boy” organizing. Owner never got to us. If they have water/mould issues, you have to address it and warn the guests. Not let us arrive into this mess. We had to find a new accommodation late in the evening.

The host was absolutely fantastic, he couldn't do enough for us. The decor is lovely.

The advert said there was a washing machine, there wasn't one , however he offered to do our washing, which was very kind. I think this apartment has great potential, but it needs a few finishing touches. There wasn't any spoons or mugs, and no hot water in the hand basin or kitchen sink. A few areas need finishing off.

I am glad that I found this amazing ASHRAF was very helpful always ahead of my questions. I was exhausted for the long flight all I wanted is to get to sleep immediately and Ashraf made very convenient.Lots of places need to learn and educate from Ashraf I am proud that the young generation in Morocco are taking it to the next level with the small resources. Mohamed
