The pool!! The location. The quiet. The restaurant and it's extensive degustation of local regional produce. The accommodation was modern and very comfortable. The breakfast. MARIO the host!! He's wonderful and has a vision of a calm, serenity and sustainable space. Leo the cat, the most handsome poolside companion. Proximity to Etna and the 'way back' drive is so beautiful with no traffic! The sunsets. Mario's delicious wines. We should probably stop now...

Lieu exceptionnel, loin du bruit au milieu des vignes. Le panorama qui domine la région est magnifique. Et une jolie piscine équipée. Mario, le propriétaire du domaine, est très prévenant pour ses clients. Il a organisé notre déjeuner matinal avant notre excursion prévue sur l’Etna.

Le sol de la douche qui glisse. Repas dans un beau lieu, de la recherche culinaire mais en deçà de ses prétentions. En revanche, la serveuse était professionnelle, très agréable et attentive.

Emplacement idéal sur les flancs de l’Etna ; calme ; literie confortable ; possibilité de faire une flambée dans la petite cheminée ; très bon restaurant sur place (un peu cher)

Le petit déjeuner est très sommaire, et la fiche de commande ne permet pas de souplesse (nous aurions préféré avoir une tranche de pain en plus et pas de jus de fruit)

Terrible and very stressful experience. Unprofessional host. He charged us upfront and wanted us to pay again on site. When we refused and even proved our payment, he threatened us with calling the police. He thought we were scammers. He charged us then again without approval. Later he threatened us again with legal steps when I wrote a review on Google. After that, he finally admitted his mistake and confirmed that we paid the first time and he blamed his poor English for the whole incident. He obviously did not have his finances in order and nothing justifies his horrible, very aggressive and unprofessional behavior against us. We were reimbursed finally.
