Great customer service. It was awesome. check-in was quick. It was a very good Hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation

There was property in construction so no hotel available. If property in construction then why online showing hotel available and booking also done how is it possible. Because of this mistake customers have to face so much trouble.

nothing specific, it was normal staying facility.

It seems the facilities are not inspected properly, as I was provided dirty/towel. Rooms not the ground floor gets little bit noisy as the sound from entrance door when open and shut keeps coming along with common washroom being next to your room. otherwise rooms are spacious but the interiors keep coming in your way based on their position.

The breakfast was good nd the location is in Rajbagh, quite popular area. A staff from darjeeling was very polite and efficient. He provided his phone also to call at our home as our prepaid sims were not working.

We booked two rooms of same price range... But they provided two categories of room one at ground floor with minimum facilities and the other at 1st floor. In the ground floor room cigarette smell was continuously coming from the adjacent latrine window. It waste a pathetic stay with a 1year old baby. No dustbin, no telephone. Nd the manager was continuously asking for availing Breakfast & Dinner at their hotel. Even he misguided us with House Boat Rates.
