"So-so"

The condo was clean. The balcony overlooked the ocean.

The wall mounted air conditioner, the humidifier, and stand alone air conditioner were LOUD. With a $174 cleaning fee we had to make the bed and strip the bed ourselves. The tide covered the beach steps and we only had beach access from our building from about 9:30 AM to 3:30-4PM. Kind of defeated the purpose of a beachfront vacation.
