Artsy Large Getaway - 2 Bedroom w HUGE patio - Great for families and Digital Nomads

Great location and surrounding area. Quiet area and apartment block. Apartment was great size for us. Terrace area Kitchen had good utensils/equipment, coffee machine was great addition.

In need of an appearance update, better lighting in lounge. Toaster didn't work properly. Blender didn't work which was shame and would have been useful, though not essential.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great stay.Thank you very much!

Excellent location, nearby bus stops (downtown 15min, beach 25min, "Turia park" 10min), nearby bars, restaurants (art district; i suggest the neighborhood of Russafa market instead of city center), mercadona, kind and flexible host. Well equipped even for complex cooking, there were basic spices and coffee :)

Only one AC in the living room (yes i know, capacity etc - there are ventillators in the bedrooms for the evening) Dont approach from the small streets even if its the best route by the navigation - the first impression is better if you stay on the Av. Valero or Av. de la Plata. It is a condominium so dont expect city view and steril silence.

The terrace was definitely the highlight! We spent quite some time out there relaxing after exploring during the day. The hammock was a bonus :) The accommodation was very clean, and Camila, whom we were in contact with for our visit, was very helpful and friendly. Location-wise, it's only a few minutes walk from the tram stop. We used the tram every day to get to Alacant station, and then hooked up with the metro from there. There are also a few supermarkets in the area which were quite convenient.

Unfortunately the sofa wasn't very comfortable, which is a shame as it made sitting and watching TV a bit of a pain, and the apartment didn't have much natural light, making it quite dark. The beds were a bit hit and miss - one was quite comfy (the one with the spring mattress) but the other not so much.

Great apartment to stay, it was clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The best part is the terrace, where you can have breakfast and relax. It's located in a good area, not a lot of noise on the streets and easy access to transportation (bus, tram).

The bed in one of the rooms is a bit squeaky/unstable.
