Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage, weitestgehend sauber

Geruch ( vor allem im Wohnzimmer riecht es sehr stark nach Rauch) Unzureichend ausgestattete Küche Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht Fehlende Nachttischlampen im 2. Schlafzimmer Fehlender Mülleimer in der Toilette Kaputte Glühbirnen im Wohnzimmer Klingel funktionierte nicht. Zwar kam der nette Hausmeisterservice auf unsere Nachricht hin vorbei, hat sich alles angesehen und auch kleine Mängel am Waschbecken und dem Wasserhahn repariert, aber die meisten Mängel wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben.

Die Lage war zentral. Im Bad gibt es Fußbodenheizung.

Es riecht stark nach Rauch. Wohnung könnte langsam etwas renoviert werden.
