Small Studio Apartment on Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough with Free WiFi, Free Private Parking, Smart TV & Self-Catering Kitchen

Set right in the centre of Linthorpe Village, lovely residential area and no noise whatsoever.High security so it feels very safe. Great common area with huge sofa,TV, oven, washer and dryer.£4.50 for a wash and big dining table and chairs.

Had a bit of trouble with the code to enter the outside gate, after keying in the number press the bottom arrow on the left,once I understood this it was all very smooth.I would highly recommend this to solo travellers and couples.

Nowhere in ad does it state communal lounge..kitchen and pay to use washer and dryer..downstairs..suitable for younger people or uni students..tiny shower and room..very noisy with other people coming snd going...booked 4 nights and lefy after 1 night...poor communication..I told them we werent happy but still sent email asking if we wanted to extend our stay..

The property is on the high street so close to bus stop, grocery store etc

Staff are slow to respond to complaints about issues in the apartment.

The location is suitable, not too close to the city center, and there are parks nearby where you can relax and feel peaceful.

The fact you have to go through a gate and a main door with a code /fob makes the property fell extremely safe and secure the room is very clean the bathroom is lovely ! There’s main kitchen living room dining area which is very modern it’s a great place ! X

Tidy room with a decent small kitchen. Both the room and the parking felt very safe.

Some of the information given is unfortunately outdated or misleading, most importantly housekeeping and a change of bed sheets and towels is only available at a fee (no matter the length of stay). At times there is an unpleasant smell (possibly from the drains?) and there is quite a bit of mold on the window sills. The wifi and TV did not work reliably for me at all. As others mentioned, it is on a busy road and if you're in the ground floor facing the street you will likely not want to open your curtains as people are walking by directly in front of your room.
