"Good location, but the apartment needs tlc"

The size of the apartment was ok, with a really nice kitchen and bathroom. It was pleasantly decorated and in a very nice location.
The apartment wasn't clean, and the beds wasnt fully made. The sofa bed was broken, so we needed to set up one bed on the floor.
