USUSUSThis place was a rat trap. Ceilings falling in, not safe at night, reeked of weed in the hallways, filthy, no room service, desk attendant was ASLEEP when we arrived and we had to beat on the window to wake her up
USDirty I asked for better sheets and the manager told me no The floor and bathroom was dirty Had to stay up because the roaches was out Didn't go to sleep because the bugs was out and crawling on everything Couldn't eat my food in peace without the roaches staring The sheets was dirty and stained The ac unit was making a loud noise I asked for a better room just for him to charged me $50 for a security deposit and that room was dirty as well I felt the room had crackheads in there already the smell was horrible The shower wall was dirty ASF and the towels was dingy looking thank God I bring my own towels when I stay at hotels Had to walk with my shoes on when I got out the shower that's how bad the floor was They changed their mattress protector once a month (I asked the manager about it that what he said) when I feel like they should changed it more often due to the stains The hotel experience itself was awful
USLoud and restless. Horribly dirty and the smell of the entire building was horrible.
USThe fact it was so close to the hospital at a rate we could afford for my husbands major surgery.
As soon as you walk in there are no refund signs posted everywhere, and I found out exactly why. We get to our room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned because there was trash in the shower, there were dead cockroach carcasses on the walls AND we had to battle LIVE roaches all freaking night. The outlet looked like it was about to catch fire, the lamp didn’t have a shade, the tv didn’t have a remote, you couldn’t have your fridge, microwave, and tv plugged in at the same time because you can’t use the other outlet that’s about to catch fire! There was white stuff all over the carpet which I’m assuming to be boric acid for the cockroaches YET they’re pet friendly and people have children who don’t need to be playing in a pile of boric acid! The building was dirty everywhere you looked, it was just awful.
