They charged us with cleaning fee for 599pesos! Which is not mentioned in their published rate.They placed the room key in a plate. The towels are a bit wet and stinks but well folded, so you will be deceived that it’s clean. There are hair all over the floor near the bed. They should improve their overall cleanliness and customer service as they are charging ridiculously! They’ve instructed us to do self check in as the reception is closed.
