Location couldn't be better - right on the Avenida de Las Playas with all the best beaches and amenities of PDC all easily accessible. Gorgeous view from the pool area. Pleasant view from balcony - sea and palm trees across rooftops with the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants in between. Considering the central location it was pretty quiet at night too which was a bonus. Comfy sofa and smart TV. Refitted kitchenette with everything in good working order. Good shower pressure and enough hot water. Generally clean and tidy, with ample well-laundered towels / tea towels and bedding. Good communication and clear instructions from hosts. Competitively priced.

Some maintenance and cleanliness issues we discovered which could easily be fixed: 1) strange leak from shower cubicle roof (water dripping into shower cubicle) from above. 2) Dead cockroaches in the 2 low kitchen drawers containing the pans and pots - realise this can happen in a warmer climate but cleaners should check, clean and remove if this is an issue here. 3) We discovered one of the beds in the twin room had a damp mattress - and on further investigation it looked really stained - yuk! (although the bedding itself was nice and clean). Luckily there was only two of us staying so not a big issue, otherwise I would have wanted this to be changed / replaced before sleeping there. Surely the cleaner must have known about that when changing bedding before our stay? 4) Washing machine broken - spin doesn't function so leaves laundry sopping wet. Pool unheated in winter so only really suitable for a very brief dip. Only 1 toilet roll left does feel a bit stingy - who wants to be down the supermarket buying toilet rolls on a week's holiday? Maybe just up your prices by 50p per night and leave enough rolls to comfortably cover your guest's stay instead?!

We liked the location, so close to the main strip and beach. Without it being too noisy. Supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, and nice balcony space. Beds changed half way through and bathroom cleaned. Check-in instructions were spot on. All codes worked and access to the property was easy, WiFi worked very well.

We could have done with a bit more storage space, but we managed. Hot water very hot, be careful with little ones.

Well equipped and clean apartment. Fantastic location with sea views. Booking & access was clear and all communications with the owner were good. Couldn’t fault a thing and we will definitely be booking again.

Having rented many apartments over the years, we've always been supplied with more than one toilet roll to last a week. Only a small point, I know, but small details can make a difference.

The location was fantastic and the apartment had everything you needed including washing machine, ironing facilities, WiFi, security safe, etc and was very clean and tidy plus the linen and towels were also changed after a week which is good.

No air con and although the pool itself is a good size and really nice we hardly used it because the hard plastic beds were very uncomfortable which meant we chose to go to the beach every day instead which we don't usually do.
