Good location
Purposefully booked an apartment for kitchen facilities and sadly the fridge and freezer were not working. The bathroom was damp with mould on the walls.

Great location and easy to reach from the train station.
Overall appearance was very shabby, the bathroom in particular was damp and mouldy with peeling paint and visible signs of water damage. General cleanliness could have been improved; the floors didn’t seem to have been hoovered, and the bath and windows were dirty. Basic items were either missing or not working - no bath mat, the fridge wasn’t on, there weren’t enough towels for the number of guests booked (3) or a proper bedsheet and pillows for the sofa bed.

Location was fantastic for the city, appartment was clean and spacious. Very easy to use heating system. Bath and shower. Towels provided. Has free WiFi.
Parking was a pain as could only park for max of 4 hours before car had to be moved from street outside. Indoor parking opposite did not allow non residents therefore would suggest pre booking the Mailbox Q car park in advance as it was sold out when we tried to book it. Minus on the Apartment it did not have a TV. Left feedback to owners who advised they were looking to rectify this

The location was ideal, especially for a short stay within the city centre area. The hosts were great & attentive. The bed was super comfy! A nice big living area, only downside there’s no tv. Heating was lovely & the minor decor was nice.
Although it says parking, you are required to park on the Main Street to which you will need to pay. Didn’t need to use the fridge which was a good job as it wasn’t on.

The bed was comfortable
There was no tv, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge freezer wasn't working, the hot water ran out and the booster was taken off its sockets and didn't look safe. The sockets looked burnt one socket was hanging off the wall, the paint work was patchy
