Villa Amsa by Pertama Stay

No Laundry for people that stay for 2 weeks is unacceptable. The door handle came off. The toilet blocked. The stairs on the pool are the only access to the pool. The stairs are on the wrong side. There is no shallow end to the pool. I am a short person do couldnt sit or stand in the pool and gave a drink Inless it was on the stsirs which others have to use. You could not have littler kids here. There are no sit points in the pool bar the stairs. The villa location is not good. The cleaning has been pretty ordinary the whole time until I said the villa was poor then wow very clean next day. There's a machine type noise outside our room that is constant. The street is a construction zone. The villa does not appear on Gojek maps so they can't find villa and keep cancellIng. Our bathroom had the bath mat left in the room for a week and a half with huge brown stains on it from the floor and it wasn't changed until I said the villa was poor but yet u have the hide to charge me for bedding when stencil stains. The safe in one of the rooms broken The pool shut off for 2 days, pool went slimy. I got this villa on a Getaway deal but I certainly would not pay anymore than I did pay. $2500 Very 2nd rate. It was advertised with a bath. Did not have one. No small milk on arrival for one coffee even. Very disappointing trip to Bali this year. Very glad to be home.
