Spacious 2 bed city centre apartment with parking

It was very easy to gain access to the property on arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were good.

Some of the furniture and flooring was damaged.

En-suite shower too low for a 6ft person. Wifi: the details for wifi we received were incorrect, so we checked the back of the router and connected by using details on the sticker. Wifi works in living room but not in bedrooms. We had our own unlimited data which we used.

The apartment is in a Grade II listed building in a great location, a short walk to the city centre. It is a spacious apartment on two levels, with the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms in the basement, which worked well for us as two friends staying, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom facilities (one room is en-suite). The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was very comfortable.

There was nothing much that we did not like, there are a few things that I might change if it was my flat, e.g. it might benefit from another lamp in the living room so the overhead light does not need to be on. We could not find any instructions and information about the flat (usually there is a folder of info) so we could not figure out how to get live T.V. and we were not sure what to do about rubbish etc on vacating, this might be something the hosts could consider in future. But it is a very comfortable place to stay and a great location.
