Spacious & Comfy Penthouse Oasis with Plunge Pool

Excellent stay! Hosts were very attentive, condo spacious, clean, everything thought of was provided. Private terrace with plunge pool, sunbeds and gas grill was great!

Beautiful, cozy, comfy, luxury house, with all facilities and utensils you can imagine. Very spacious rooms, comfortabele beds. Plunge pool and sunterrace with BBQ. Lovely hosts who swiftly respond to all questions and needs. 7-eleven supermarket on few minutes walk. Large supermarket 10 minutes drive.

No downsides, but note that the location is slighly out of the Tulum centre with all its restaurants and bus station (20 min walk). We rented scooters (through the hosts).

The most beautifully furnished, spacious apartment . Beyond 5 star. Everything was exceptional and I have never stayed in a place where every little details is thought about and exceptional. I don’t even know where to begin. It felt like living in your perfect cosy home with all the most luxurious items that you would love but can’t really justify! The beds were the most comfortable ever! Huge, soft, gorgeous bedding, sort luxurious towels, the best pillows, usb chargers everywhere, beautiful en suites, all the extras available - suncream, mosquito spray, Alka seltzer, medical stuff, etc etc. the kitchen had a fab coffee machine with an endless supply of nespresso capsules and filtered water and every glass or plate or bowl you would ever need etc. the plunge pool on the roof Teresse is large and lovely and perfect. The host was super helpful in every way . Sent us her taxi driver, gave us loads of travel info etc. it’s in a nice, calm, leafy area between the beach and downtown . Best if you have a car but otherwise a short taxi from beach or downtown. ( taxis aren’t the cheapest but this was such good value we splashed out on n a few taxis no problem). Some local shops and a cafe etc including 7-eleven .

This place was beautiful and was equipped with everything you need and more! Tanis and her staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. The roof top pool was our favorite part, it was so nice to relax in after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend this place!

If I had to say something, I guess it was a little far from stuff. However we knew that and it wasn't a problem for us as we rented a car for the week. So if you are coming with a car, I think it's actually a perfect place between the beach and central Tulum.

The pictures are accurate! This place is truly awesome. The furniture, decor, kitchen amenities, and outdoor spaces were all top notch! It was very easy to start relaxing right away because everything we could need was taken care of. Tanis is an exceptional host and took the time to make sure there were no issues during our stay. The neighborhood is growing fast and is perfectly located in between the city center and the beach. I will 100% stay here again when I return to Tulum.
