Exceptional Holiday Home 5 with Hot Tub Pickering

The location was excellent and it was spotlessly clean.

The living area is quite small compared to the large bedroom upstairs which felt like a waste of space. The location of the hot tub is not ideal, although it is enclosed, it is next to the bins.

Lovely property very clean, great location. Beautiful building. Hosts really responsive. Felt really safe at the property and close to the village. Great parking and the hot tub was fab!

More tips really…Could do with some TLC. Walls touching up. Cleaners mop looks to mark all of the rooms and the bath - such a shame. The living area could be much more homely. Was freezing on arrival so would recommend heating going on a little earlier.

The property was perfect, very clean and just as described. We couldn’t fault it at all.

The added hot tub was a bonus. The rooms were lovely and the decor was very pretty

Hot tub was across the small gravel car park and not in allocated garden.

Great property and very well appointed, perfect for a girls weekend away.

We stayed for 2 nights and one of reasons for booking was the hot tub, unfortunately this wasn't hot enough to use on the first night.

Great bedroom and bathroom set up. Easy walking distance to everything in town.

The walls need painting. Very scuffed up.

The house was clean, very well kept , nice television in room , well equipped, decorated to high standard. The upstairs bedroom was impressive it was beautiful with en-suite and beamed. Lovely king size bed with a smaller bedroom with bunk beds in we didn’t use . Downstairs a lovely bright bedroom with adjacent large bathroom with deep tub and shower . Plenty of room in hallway for coats storage under stairs .

The hot tub and outside sitting area are separated and a short distance from the property ..the seated area wouldn’t be used ..we used the hot tub but too dark to see , needed more lighting as behind sheds near where cars parked. I don’t think it is suitable for taking children ..don’t think house would accommodate 3 couples , comfortably 4 adults . I wouldn’t take grandchildren due to care park and main road
