Really good place to stay. The location is amazing, totally in the center of Genova, and the apartment it's perfect, everything so clean and new. I recommend this site 100%!

Best location in the center of the city, close to the markets, restaurants, grocery stores, the port…

Noise is a serious issue. The windows do not close properly thus not preventing the light and the noise at night. No curtains in the salon to not let the light enter the house at night (there are two big lamps right in front of the windows). In addition, the bed room has no door. It is almost impossible to have a restful sleep during weekends due to the noise coming from outside (cars, people, restaurants etc).

The location for us was superb - short walks to the various places we wanted to visit - the port, the museums, palazzi, neighbourhoods, restaurants. Even though the apartment is very central to the old city, overlooking via San Lorenzo - which has a lot of foot traffic, buskers etc - it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The online description of the apartment is accurate - it’s comfortable, stylish, had everything we required. The lounge/kitchen area has a lot of floor space which was good for my wife who does a daily yoga routine.

Nothing to suggest. The nearest parking is at Parcheggio Piccapietra, about 500 metres away. Before we got to Genoa (where we have never been before), I was anxious about whether it would have availability and anxious about the difficulty of dragging our heavy suitcases from there to the apartment (it’s not permitted to drive into via San Lorenzo.) There was plenty of availability, lots of parking spaces at Piccapietra, no problem. 24 euro per 24 hours. But dragging our luggage the 500 metres was difficult, hard work. I’m 74 years old, my wife 78. We’re pretty fit but this was a bit challenging.

We like that the apartment was really clean, because it's one of the most important things to us. Easy access to apartment. Useful video instructions. Good location.

It was extremely cold and loud, because of the old windows, it was impossible to close the shutters. There were no bedside lamps or table lamps. The smallest shower cabin we've ever seen.
