City Center Base in a Prime Location in Reykjavik

Location and facilities

The location is fantastic - just minutes from all of the shops and restaurants. It's also just next to Bus Stop 9, which made for easy pick ups for tours. The apartment itself is nice and has three bedrooms and one bathroom.

The apartment building where this unit is located smells awful. This unit is on the 3rd floor and you have to walk up three flights of (carpeted and smelly) stairs to get to the unit. Someone in the building on one of the lower levels is a very heavy smoker so the hallways and stairwells smell like stale smoke. Unfortunately, that smell seeps into this unit. We had to open and close the door very quickly to try to keep the smell out. The unit needs a strong air purifier.

The key for the 2nd door didn’t work well. It may need to be replaced so guests don’t get locked out. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Thank you for sharing your space!

Clean, cozy, excellent location.

The location was fantastic, near to the centre of town but also around the corner from Bus Stop 9 for all the tours we went on and a short walk to the sea-front. Cosy and with everything we needed. There was a Bonus supermarket on the parallel street about 5 minutes walk which was fantastic for our food shopping.

Nothing

We loved the entire apartment. It was clean, spacious , light and had exceptional views.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, short walk to shopping and restaurants, and easy to get to and from by car.

Nothing that could be helped, but the nightlife on the weekend did wake us up several times in the night
