Beach Apartment Cabo Cervera, Torrevieja, La mata

We had a great stay in this apartment just 50 meters from the beach and the sea — the location is perfect. There are three bedrooms, it’s spacious, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are pleasant and attentive and gave us helpful recommendations. Highly recommended for a comfortable holiday by the sea.

Me encantó la situación del apartamento, en una zona tranquila con buenas playas al lado, y a solo unos minutos en coche del centro de Torrevieja. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario.

La ubicación es estupenda, bajas del piso y está la playa. Los señores muy correctos y amables. Todo estuvo estupendo, sin duda repetiremos sitio. Recomendado 100%

Super Ausstattung. Es gibt Strandhandtücher und Liegen für ans Meer. Es waren auch schon einige Dinge wie Öl, Salz, Spülmittel und Waschmittel vorhanden.

The environment, beach ⛱️ swimming pool was clean and warm

It was near the beach , the apartment had beach towels, a vacuum cleaner, a good-capacity electric boiler, and a capsule coffee machine.

-There are no shades, no blinds, or nor blackout curtains in the rooms, it's very disturbing, even at the morning because you can't sleep! -A family of 4 cannot sit at the table together, because there are only 2 chairs available at the kitchen counter. - No carpet, while on the picture, there was - We had to fight with ants, because, they were everywhere. - There were dog hairs on the couch, on the tableclothe and on the bed underneath, we had to clean it - The kitchen cabinet is old and smelly, sticky, it had to be wiped down, the siphon was dripping under the sink. -The washing machine and the dishwasher were old, and did not have the expected quality. -The hair dryer was smelly and dangerous, it was old. - There is a bad smell in the bathroom because there is no window and the air-cleaner is not strong enough. -The second toilet is so narrow that you cannot use it, because you hit your head to sink while sitting on it. -The apartment is smaller than on the picture on Booking.com, and the bed blancet and sheet were not the same as in the pictures, -In the bedroom the bed was unstable, not safety - The quality of the bed sheets were very bad, the fabric softener, which is used for washing, had a bad smell. (I left a quality fabric softener in place) -The pictures on bookin.com are not same in the reality
