Downtown Escape Great for large families & groups

The location to town was good

The house was not clean at all. All bedrooms are upstairs orher than a room on the lower level that they turned into a bedroom with no dresser right of the living room and kitchen. Both full bathrooms are upstairs asxwell only a half bath on lower level. You are expected to park in the back and it is not well lit at all for visitors coming and going during dusk hrs. I had 4 people with me who were disabled and had to sleep down stairs in the only bed and couches because we did not know and it was not described/ advertised that the rooms were on the upper level. 3 of the 4 couldn't go up the stairs to take a shower during our stay. Had I known this I would of made made different accommodations. There was coffee grounds left in the coffee pot, oven was filthy, cob webs everywhere, dirty bedding, bedding in the dryer, bedding thrown in the closet, personal belongings left in dresser drawers, dirty dishes in drainer, wobbly dining room chairs we had to sit on folding chairs, food/ condiments left in fridge as well as expired canbed goods in the cabinets. We were just very disappointed for the amount of money spent. The directions to the house from the owner were not accurate. ( From owner parking: there is no street parking at the front of the house, once you reach 332 North Broadway, pass 330 N Broadway on the right and turn right directly after 330 on the one way. You will see a sign that says 332 North take a right into the shared driveway.) There was no 330 its actually 320 directly nextdoor to 332 which is very odd abd when you turn down the 2 way street there was no sign onky a mail box that read 316 so we turned there and luckily found the driveway after passing it 3 times trying to figure out if we were in the right place. The house needs a deep clean as well as lighting installed on garage or walkway. There were no solar lights as pictured also only a few lights working on the string lights on the patio.

This property was a great value and perfect for our race team. Accommodations were comfortable for our group of 12. The playroom, outdoor dining area, and fire pit were great for relaxing and having fun in the evenings.

Large, close to town and all Sugarcreek and the area has to offer.

Grill- outside grill needs some attention

Good host and well stocked ,very clean, bedding was good.

No upstairs a/c very warm and uncomfortable. Washer did not work. No downstairs bedroom very steep stairs.
