The blinds not easy to drawn. Limited parking space.

The location , the size of the apartment, comfortable, and had all the appliances for a lengthy stay. Good views and furniture.

The pool was only open at limited hours. It would have been nice to have morning swims . Then in the afternoon when we get back , it was closed .

Nice and big flat with a big balcony with view to the city and river. Smart TV available, good wifi. Self check-in and also self check-out easy, all information are provided via whatsapp and staff responds immediately. Everything you need available like shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, coffee and a filter for drinking water.

25 minutes walking distance to waterfront. Only one umbrella available.

Beautiful apartment, it has everything you might need for a short or longer stay. There are also enough Restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Definitely try the pool if you're into swimming. But what truly stood out to us was the customer service! They were very hands-on, helpful and accessible!

Very clean, well equipped and with a fantastic terrace. Host help us with luggage storage.

Swimming pool is closed on Sunday

Location was further out of the main city area, but perfect for us as we like walking and also had a car rental. It also meant that the traffic was quieter near the property. Having a washing machine and somewhere to hang our wet clothes was great. Bathroom was a wet room style, was clean and shower had a water heater for hot showers. Sarawak coffee bags were provided which was a nice touch. Ice cube tray and freezer/fridge were also very useful. Balcony views were stunning for sunset and for sitting outside for a slow chill mornings. Very clear instructions on how to find the key and the parking spot in the basement of the property. Iron and ironing board provided and both in good working condition. We would happily stay here again.

We found that the smell from the drain in the kitchen would enter the room whilst we were not using the sink, so on a few occasions would come back to the flat to a musty smell. I’m not sure that this could be avoided and I would say it is common with these types of drain having experienced the same in other similar properties in Sarawak. We simply opened the doors to air the room out.

The property is a studio unit, so we have everything within it including 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, tv, wardrobe with hangers, kitchenware, iron, drying rack and washing machine. The unit was well-lit and comfortable. It’s a convenient place for those who drives as parking was provided in the basement. The host is very kind and responsive. The instructions given for checkin and checkout were clear.

There were cobwebs and spiders in some corners, including the cabinets - cleanliness can still be improved. Would also be good to provide extra batteries for the controllers.
